1. Rules
The amount of the stay will be paid in full upon booking (except special offers).
2. Modification or cancellation
For any modification or cancellation, a written request, preferably by email, to
Cabanesgrandballon@gmail.com will be systematically requested. Your number
reservation must be communicated in the subject of the email.
● Cancellation before your stay, by yourself
In the event of serious illness, serious accident or death of a registered occupant, the stay will be
fully reimbursed on hospitalization certificate or death certificate.
For any stay canceled and not falling within the cancellation clauses mentioned
above, the following conditions apply:
- more than 7 days from the date of arrival, cancellation takes place free of charge
- between 7 and 3 days before the stay, 50% of the amount of the stay will be retained.
- for any stay canceled in the 2 days preceding the date of arrival, interrupted or not
consumed, the entire amount of the reserved stay will be payable or will be retained by
establishment
● Modification before your stay
More than 7 days before the stay, the modification can take place free of charge, depending on availability, on
the current calendar year only.
Less than 7 days before your stay, the date of the stay cannot be changed.
● Modification or cancellation of stay by the establishment BEFORE your arrival
In the event of an orange weather alert, with external events announced, independent of
our will, such bad weather, storm or thunderstorm, the management reserves the right to cancel
your stay for security reasons. In this context, you will be offered the postponement of
your stay in accommodation at a later date or relocation to other
accommodation subject to availability and without supplement.
No other indemnity can be claimed. If your booking follows a voucher
gift, the general conditions of sale concerning Gift Vouchers apply (3.):
Gift Vouchers are non-refundable.

In the event of a refusal to access your accommodation, no compensation can be
claimed.
3. Purchase and reservation with a gift voucher
To. Validity of gift vouchers:
Gift vouchers are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase.
They can be used every day the establishment is open.
A prior reservation must be made.
b.Cancellation before your stay:
No refund can be requested.

validity date of your gift voucher (see 2.b).

4. Capacity
The number of people mentioned per accommodation in our prices corresponds to
the maximum authorized occupancy taking into account the equipment available. It cannot be
exceeded for safety and insurance reasons.
5. Rates
Unless the supplement is selected, the base price includes:
The night for 2 people with breakfast
Beds made on arrival
The bathroom linen
The tourist tax
The base price does not include:
Additional people, from:
-15€ per adult and per night
-10€ per child aged between 5 and 18 years old and per night
-Free for children under 5 years old
6. Children
The age of the children is calculated in relation to their birthday date and the start date of the
stay. An official document justifying the age of the children may be requested at the beginning of the
stay.
7. Special conditions
Arrival and departure times:
Arrivals are from 4:30 p.m. until 9 p.m. Late arrival possible on request
(notify 48 hours before your stay).Departures are until 11:30 am.
8. Animals
Only one animal (dog or cat) is accepted in the cabin, free of charge.
9. Valuables
It is recommended not to leave valuables in the accommodations. The direction
can not be held responsible for theft or loss in accommodation.
10. Complaints
Any complaint relating to a stay must be sent by registered letter with AR
within 20 days of the stay at the following address:

11. Consumption of alcohol and cigarettes
It is strictly forbidden to be intoxicated in the accommodation or in the accesses.
Smoking is not allowed inside the accommodations.
12. Dispute
In the event of a dispute, either the jurisdiction of your place of residence at the time of signing the
contract, or the jurisdiction of the Court of Mulhouse is recognized.
